You pretty much get everything in this release. Extraordinary musicianship c/o Geddy, Alex, and Neil, amazing sound, stunning visuals, lasers in the face, intros by South Park and Bob and Doug, comedy, Geddy's brother, Barbies, rotisserie chicken, Ben Stiller's dad... So, maybe those Dutch fans are not as exciting as those Brazilian fans on Rush in Rio (But they are better than the Germans on R30 - and the Belgians in general.) But this one excellent live package.

RUSH...has hit a major bulls eye with their 3 new LIVE DVDs of the 2007 / 2008...SNAKES & ARROWS Tour.
[Also sold as a BLU-RAY version]
The sound balance between ALL of the instruments and the vocals is amazing. Every thing is clearly heard and seen.
Using 21 HIGH DEF. , cameras always helps. The wide screen format is also another big plus.
The sound settings are 5.1 SURROUND / PCM STEREO and even in , MONO.
These 3 live DVDs are their best sounding and looking live DVDs ever made by...RUSH.
The filming from both far away and close up is very , very , clear. These 3 live DVDs were edited SLOWER than any of their other past live DVDs. This gives the viewer a longer look at each of the frames with NO eye fatigue and / or dizziness.
ALL of the concert films are present. The concert intro film to BOB & DOUG to the SOUTH PARK short , ect...The Dragon spitting a fireball on to the stage , is also shown. Even the ending credits on disc 2 are very funny , as well.
The 6 extras are really fun to watch. One of the extras is a live DVD of the song called...RED SECTOR A.
The 3rd live DVD shows all of the 4 songs that they played on the 2008 leg of their tour.
The 3rd live DVD was filmed in 2008 in , ATLANTA.

You can play all of these songs , one after another for a...RUSH...mini concert. The sound settings are 5.1 and PCM STEREO.

RUSH...even adds a nice tribute to CANADA on the second live disc.
DIRECTED by the same people that directed the live DVDs...RUSH R30th...and the...THAT NIGHT IN TORONTO : Live DVD...for...THE TRAGICALLY HIP.
This was NO re-union concert!!!
Just a great band with the same members for 30+ years who still can play great NEW songs , like a house on fire.
RUSH...are truly in a rare class all their own , unequaled in rock history!!!
